Rubber Compounds
NBR Nitrile Rubber Compound

A synthetic rubber obtained by copolymerization of butadiene and acrylonitrile. It is a synthetic rubber with good oil resistance (especially NBR rubber alkane oil) and good aging resistance. The higher the acrylonitrile content, the better the oil resistance, but the cold resistance decreases accordingly. It can be used for a long time in air at 120°C or in oil at 150°C. In addition, it also has good water resistance, air tightness and excellent adhesion. It is widely used in various oil-resistant rubber products, oil-resistant gaskets, gaskets, sleeves, soft packaging, soft rubber hoses, printing and dyeing rubber wheels, cable sheaths, etc.
The elongation of nitrile rubber can reach 300%, and the tensile strength is greater than 10N/mm2. Nitrile rubber has good resistance to mineral oil, vegetable oil, benzene, gasoline, common dilute acids and alkalis.
Application
• Hoses and flame-retardant conveyor belts for oil-related environments.
• Automotive industry seals, including oil-resistant gaskets, O-rings, washers, sleeves, flexible packaging, flexible hoses, oil seal products, etc.
• Printing and dyeing rubber wheels, V-belts, synthetic leather
• Cable adhesive materials
• Rubber gloves
• Safety boots
• Adhesives
Advantages
Excellent oil resistance (especially paraffin oil), high wear resistance, good air tightness, good heat resistance, strong adhesion, good aging resistance, high elasticity, grease resistance, corrosion resistance.
Temperature range:
− 40 ° C-125 ° C
