EPDM Rubber Gaskets

EPDM rubber gaskets have great weather resistance due to its inert chemical properties. EPDM is a synthetic rubber with good all round performance other than with oils. EPDMs great weathering resistance mean it is widely used for rubber gaskets and weather strips outdoors.
EPDM rubber gaskets are available in various grades and shore hardness’s.

Rubber Gaskets

When flexibility is high-priority, natural rubber (NR) is an ideal choice. Nitrile (NBR) seals are an effective options for applications in contact with oil. For outdoor use, we recommend EPDM or chloprene (CR). In addition, we can offer superior qualities such as FKM (Viton), silicone or HNBR. For custom molded rubber seals that require rubber-to-metal bonding, so called high pressure seals, our team can develop the correct combination of rubber and metal for the part to ensure it meets your quality requirements. Also part of our range are fabric insert or fiber reinforced gaskets to ensure high tensile and tear strength n combination with superior blowout resistance.

Rubber Profiles
Product description
JEEP produces all kind of rubber profiles. In function of the customers needs we choose the right manufacturing technique (steam vulcanization, salt bath vulcanization or hot air).
Window seals are used for fixing windows or windshields and provide a good seal between glass and metal sheet. They are mainly manufactured from EPDM rubber. Even under the most extreme conditions, doors and windows require an absolutely hermetic seal and therefore need to have a high resistance to shear effects . We have a wide range of standard profiles but without any problem, we can create the profile according to your drawing .
Depending on the series size, we determine the most suitable way to extrude the rubber profile. After the vulcanization of the profile we make a precision radial or rectangular shaped moulded corner with a clean transition between the rubber profiles. We can supply small quantities or continuous high volume products.

We offer a wide variety of high quality L shape and angle extrusions. They provide excellent sealing as well as protection in a wide range of applications. We manufacture these profiles in either EPDM or neoprene depending on the profile you select. We are able to supply a diverse range of shapes and sizes to match any requirement.
These ramp shaped profiles are the perfect product to use with any rubber mats or artificial grass products. In applications involving a slippery surface the angle extrusions help to hold the mats in place. This reduces many potential hazards involved with mats slipping underfoot. The ramp edge also greatly reduces tripping hazards. It provides a gentle gradient from the ground surface to the top surface of the mat.
